HELLOOOO LOVELIES. Damn, I haven’t done one of these in so long!!! I’m so caught up with Lil Bean and work and being a wifey that I’ve neglected my blog… But let’s be honest, I probably only have one reader (hi, Mom!). Hahaha.
Alright, so in order to maximize my time and be efficient with our meal preps I’ve resorted to bulk shopping at Costco, produce and pantry shopping at Aldi (with the occasional meat run if it’s on sale), and organic produce from our nifty box from Imperfect Produce.
For those of you trying to find a CSA-style produce box, check out Imperfect Produce. You can cancel anytime, select the produce you want, and skip the week’s delivery if you’d like. Since we’re living in DTLA, it’s definitely convenient to have our fruits and veggies delivered to us. If you’re interested in signing up, use my referral link. You get $10 credit when you do!
Why does ALL this matter??? Well, because my grocery shopping habits allowed me to make this beauty. I had already roasted lamb from an Aldi sale. Organic lettuce and cucumbers from my Imperfect Box. And yogurt, tomatoes, and red onions from a random store run. Got me thinking, I can make all of this into a yummy naan wrap with raita. And that is what I did with the help of Pinterest for a raita recipe.
SO, the next time you’re looking for some meal inspiration — look in your fridge. No seriously, you may have some leftovers that can turn into something magically delicious, like Lamb Naan Wraps!
‘Til the next time.
